1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "88zz" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://88zz.im and its associated mobile browser interface, operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the 88zz website, all associated pages, features, games, betting markets, cashier systems, and account management tools made available to registered members.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88zz Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 88zz Platform, through which the Player accesses all services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 88zz Platform in any way — including browsing the site, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 88zz Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 88zz. They should be read together with the 88zz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 88zz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts.

• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the 88zz Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as a proxy for, any other person in relation to the Account or any transactions conducted through it.

88zz reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Registration is not complete until 88zz has confirmed account activation. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

Account verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify 88zz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account.

88zz will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. Any bets placed or transactions initiated through your Account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you, unless you have notified 88zz of a compromise in accordance with this section.

• Do not use a password that is easy to guess or that you use on other websites.
• Do not access your 88zz Account on shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on mobile devices not exclusively in your possession.
• Enable any additional security measures offered by 88zz, including two-factor authentication where available.

88zz operates all connections over 256-bit SSL encryption. However, the security of your Account also depends on the steps you take to protect your own device and access credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88zz Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. 88zz does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours on Working Days. 88zz reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

Payment Method Ownership: You must only use payment accounts (bKash numbers, bank accounts, card numbers) that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of the associated funds pending investigation.

88zz reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 88zz sportsbook and all games played in the 88zz casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are available within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 88zz:

• A bet or wager is final once confirmed by the Platform. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 88zz at any time.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, 88zz will apply its standard error resolution policy. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

• 88zz reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

88zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have a fully registered and verified 88zz Account and who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer terms, after which any remaining bonus balance will expire.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88zz Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register or operate an Account in your name or on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or any other aspect of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, fraud prevention system, or access control on the Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating transactions on behalf of a third party through your Account.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account under any circumstances.

88zz actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their winnings and deposits reviewed, and 88zz may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation. Outcomes of investigations are final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88zz Platform — including but not limited to the 88zz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88zz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 88zz.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 88zz for use on the Platform. These studios retain all rights to their respective game content.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

88zz does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond 88zz's reasonable control (including acts of God, network outages, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability. 88zz will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88zz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Responsible Gaming

88zz is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to manage their activity on the Platform. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the account settings menu. Once set, a limit takes immediate effect for reductions and a 7-day cooling period for increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which no deposits, bets, or casino play will be permitted.

14. Termination and Suspension

88zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Player.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required verification procedures within a reasonable time.
• Determination that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• A Player's own request to close their Account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination of an Account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Real-money balances in good standing (i.e., not subject to an active investigation or forfeiture determination) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method after completion of any required verification process.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
